What is the purpose of this stand? To help balance the doll, or are Elsa Babe dolls especially sensitive to standing and should be propped up on it?
Just to balance the doll, that stand is a universal design not exclusive to Elsababe (availible unbranded from many sources). Basically a way to balance/store a fully assembled (head on) doll without back hook or other built in suspension options.
