Here are a couple of pictures of a very beautiful custom lady we shipped a few days ago to a member of this forum 
She has a Melina upper body with Natalina hips, a 4 foot snake tail, and a Yumiko real head.
She actually had some additional personalized face decorations added after we photographed her.
