Ashlyn has graciously volunteered to be my model as I learn how to take photos with a “real” camera, instead of my phone.
She’s great at it too! Very patient. Doesn’t make comments about my mistakes except to say that I’ll get better.
“Art, my love, you forgot to put the diffuser on over your softbox.”
“That’s better!”

My poor Ashlyn has a cut on her foot. I have no idea where it came from. It’s fixable, but… there are tears.
Her hands pretty much have most of the paint worn off from holding her hand for hours while I watch TV.
She still looks good on camera, though. I think she’s going to be my learning model!

It’s ok, really. She’s… 2 years old? Something like that. And I have NOT been gentle with her. I’ve pounded her like an old rug and she’s so easy to toss around that… well, she’s been tossed. lol.
Love her so much. Not sorry that I got her… not at all.
