Introduction to Love Doll Network Forum Guidelines

General Guidance: These are broad guidelines to ensure LDNF (Love Doll Network Forum) remains a welcoming space. If you’re unsure about a post, please consult a moderator first.

Community Goal: We strive for a fun, respectful forum, protecting both members and the platform to foster a healthy environment.

Eligibility & Account

  • Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate.
  • Only one account per user is allowed. Do not use or attempt to use another’s account without specific permission.
  • Provide a valid, up-to-date email address during registration. Protect your account credentials and notify the forum immediately if your account is compromised.

Content and Use Standards

Definitions of Terms

  • LDNF = abbreviation for Love Doll Network Forum. Since we also have the Love Doll Network Discord Server, we will use LDNF as an abbreviation for this forum.
  • Erotic: content that evokes sexual feelings, with or without explicit portrayal.
  • Pornography: Explicit sexual depiction or imagery, permitted only by dolls (No Humans) on LDNF
  • Child-like dolls: These are dolls whose faces or bodies resemble minors (under 18). This legal issue could jeopardize members, the forum, and management, so we will err on the side of caution. We don’t mean to offend anyone; we aim to be as inclusive as possible while promoting our mission of making doll ownership less taboo and more acceptable to a wider audience.

Doll Representation

Some guidance on what goes where:

  • General Forum: Nude dolls showcasing features are allowed, excluding masturbation or sexual acts.
  • Members Only: Explicit sexual acts by dolls are restricted to private forums.
  • Manufacturer subforums: we are open for most doll brands, besides those with a clearly non adult portfolio
  • Childlike Features: Dolls resembling minors (under the age of 18 are strictly forbidden)

Inappropriate Content: Any material deviating from our standards will be removed. Users may be penalized

Acceptable Use

  • Follow all applicable laws when using the forum.
  • Adhere strictly to the forum’s intended scope: discussion and sharing about dolls. Explicit sexual depiction or imagery is permitted only for dolls and never for humans, and only in restricted/private spaces.
  • Childlike dolls or any content resembling minors (under 18) is strictly forbidden.
  • No posting, linking, or distributing illegal, inappropriate, harassing, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Place content in relevant categories or sections, and avoid posting off-topic or inflammatory discussions (e.g., politics, religion).
  • No spamming, unsolicited advertising, or commercial posts unless pre-approved as a vendor or manufacturer.
  • Use only one account, and do not post with duplicate or alternate accounts.
  • If in doubt about content, doll appearance, presentation, contact staff.

Prohibited Actions

  • No attempts to automate, scrape, or monitor the forum beyond allowed indexing by public search engines.
  • Do not tamper with forum security, overload the infrastructure, use bots or post automated content.
  • Do not impersonate others, engage in doxing, or share anyone’s personal information without consent.
  • No hyperlinks to non-text content or display of forum content via iframes on other websites.
  • No posting of malicious code, viruses, or spyware.

Posting Rules

  • Stay on topic and provide constructive, respectful communication.
  • Provide evidence for claims or clearly state when something is an opinion.
  • Avoid negative/disruptive behavior. Persistent issues may result in intervention, suspension, or banning.
  • Content submitted remains the property of the user, but a special license is granted to LDNF to use, copy, and publish it on the forum as long as it exists in the system’s backups and caches.
  • Any content judged inappropriate or in violation may be removed without notice at management’s discretion.
  • Management reserves the right to penalize, warn, suspend, or ban accounts as deemed appropriate, especially for repeat or serious violations.
  • Complaints or grievances should be resolved via private messages or by contacting moderators, not in public discussions.

Community Guidelines

  • Respect all members: demeaning or derogatory content is not tolerated.
  • No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
  • Competing brand discussions must be neutral and only allowed in designated general sections.
  • Do not post in competitor forums within LDNF.
  • Follow limitations for signature images (max 600W x 120H pixels).
  • Violators (including those previously banned) will not be permitted to re-enroll.
  • The management team is empowered to enforce these rules and communicate openly to resolve potential issues first.

Intellectual Property

  • Submitting content does not grant LDNF ownership, but gives LDNF a license to distribute forum content as needed for operation.
  • When content is deleted or removed, licenses granted to LDNF end only after all backups and cached copies are deleted.
  • Other licenses (e.g., Creative Commons) attached by users may continue after removal.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Forum use is at your own risk.
  • LDNF and its suppliers provide the forum “as is” with no warranty, and will not be liable for unforeseeable damages or consequences attributable to content posted by users or third parties.
  • Total liability of the forum or its staff for any claim related to use is limited to $50.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida, with venue in Orlando, Florida.
  • Binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) will resolve most disputes, except for injunctions or claims under certain computer crime statutes. No class actions or consolidated arbitration.
  • Both parties agree to cover arbitration costs and attorney fees as determined by the award.

Changes

  • LDNF reserves the right to update these terms. Substantial changes will be communicated via email (if provided) and the forum homepage/account page.
  • Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
