Wow! Really cool set up!
What stand/tripod are you using to keep her upright?

Super interesting to see what all of you are using and how you’re doing your amazing photos.
Very cool. Thanks.
I don’t have many “behind the scene” but I think I’ll make a conscious effort to snap a few now. A thread like this may help/motivate those of us trying to level up our photos.
Here’s the only ones I could find off hand
These photos are amazing!!
I wish I had the privacy and the space to take such wonderful photos.
I have to start small, I guess, and learn how to set up and take photos.
Yeah… that’s it. Start small!
Thanks man I appreciate it!
That stand you see I made myself with iron bars that I cut up and welded together with a super cheap welder. First time I welded anything in fact! ![]()
I did put up a step by step a while back on the LDN discord under the ‘‘doll modifications’’ section.
So glad I made this, I use it pretty much every time I take a doll out for shoots. I edit out the stand in post processing. ![]()
Thanks! Found it once I knew where to look. Very cool!
Well done @JustDude. Gun to my head, I’d be able to weld to save my life… editing something out in post, not so much
I almost exclusively use angles and props to hide my stands .
Not a lot of weight. I use a bungee cord so it’s lifting at the same time.
I use a bungee cord stretched pretty tight. The bar is available at Home Depot.

A little behind the scenes of Aurora’s spaceship landing in our field when she finally made it to the blue planet! I didn’t want to photoshop anything so I crafted the ufo from some plates, a bowl, a dome, some spray paint, stickers, and glue… et voila! She sat perfectly on a walkboard in the bed of the truck and we used forced perspective to get the shot! ![]()
Super funny!

Haha, Very clever!

The prep, set-up, and aftermath of our latest photo session.
The last two show just how aggressively Eta was going down on Kalei… she lost an eyelid and lash in the process

Very impressive, your work and creativity never ceases to amaze us. ![]()

Simple idea for scale dolls. My pc is connected to my tv so i downloaded a suitable background pic for my mandalorian Morgan and used 2 led panel lights to balance the light from the tv.

Room lights are switched off to take the pic
Hey Star and Adam! Awesome set-ups… Star…I especially like the lube and big toy off to the right in the middle photo… This is what I love most about set-up shots…Dare I say…I’ve seen many photos of set-ups…But its the little things really keep my interest caught in the camera…
Emma…Its the razorblade you are wearing and the B&W photo on the walll that really catch my wonder…
Question for Yoda…Can you please explain the “Do” part of: "Do or Do Not???
The b&w on the wall was my 1st photo challenge entry when i joined the uk forum. Got 2nd place and it gave me the confidence to learn more.
The yoda quote is basically about give it your all…go big or go home… although the little guy in my pic isnt yoda. If your not a star wars geek you wont know. Grogu is from the mandalorian series. Yea i need to get out more lol
