I currently have six different photo-editing apps and none of them shrink images. Could you, or anyone, suggest one please?

@Jedzed If you have a windows Machine, all you need to do to re-size your image is open it in “MS-paint” there is a resize feature there that’s pretty simple. You can type in the exact size in pixels you want.
