I know a lot of real women who are embarrassed or uncomfortable with their small breasts.
In the end, this is just the result of our society.
What the majority wants and thinks is good.
Conversely, this also applies to us men…
Personally, I like girls with smaller breasts much better than women with large breasts.

My father told me that, concerning women’s breasts, “anything bigger than your hand is wasted.” 
More than a handful’s a waste, less than a mouthful’s a shame
I am an ass man through and through. However tits are a bonus. For me i like the tits to be proportionate to the girl/Doll. Small breast mean she is pretty normal actually and this quite frankly is sexy and a real turn on. Desire is my first small breast doll and she has made me a fan of them.
