The silicone SM156A seems badly engineered. It’s so like the TPE SM156A. No thought has gone into engineering robust silicone private parts. It’s like they just remade the TPE SM156A in super soft silicone and decided “that’ll do”.
SM Doll need to learn from Sanhui and other silicone doll vendors.
The pigment could be an issue, but PDutus’s one was fairly light blue and that tore first use too. I’m not going to let Star blame it on the pigment, it’s just shoddy doll engineering.
For a photography model, cuddling and kissing, she’s very good. I’m so happy with the head. Just the body is too fragile for boom boom.
I did wonder if I did the right thing posting the photo of her butthole tear. Personally, I think SM Doll really need to up their game with the silicone SM156A at least (I don’t know what their other silicone models are like). Hopefully this shakes them up to make it the doll it should be, not a TPE doll remade in silicone.
If Star asks me to remove the photo from TDF as condition for getting a replacement body, I probably will. I like Star. I like the SM Doll brand. And it would be an opportunity to get her nipples the right colour, also better colour nails, and I might skip weight reduction (I don’t particularly struggle with my 42kg silicone Piper Doll Akira.)

I think you did brother. There needs to be accountability or the products won’t get better and more people will go through similar. I do like SM as well, they are not perfect, but no manufacturer is perfect. I see many, many more complaints posted about some other manufacturers, some are plagued with issues. SM although not perfect, has very few complaints by comparison. My SM affiliated doll is my favorite of all the dolls I’ve had.
I really do hope Star works with you towards an acceptable solution. To be very honest, I want to see her replace the body (with adjusted holes and matching skin tone) at a minimum.
I’m clearly a bit obsessed with Naomie Hunt. The plan was she’d stay upstairs today but at lunch time I was really missing her, so she came downstairs and sat on my desk.
Finally, back in her favourite hairdo, and wearing a different outfit (actually came with my Sanhui.) Think this outfit suits her and it attaches with velcro so easy on and off
Good news. Naomie’s body will be replaced. Star said SM Doll are going to create a new mould for the silicone SM156A with improved holes. This might take some time though. Star did offer I could pick another model, but the SM156A is very perfect for me, so I’ll wait. All good things come to those that wait

And from this morning. I don’t know why I feel so in love with this doll. I totally don’t understand my feelings. So hard to get out of bed in the morning - I just want to sleep with her all day.
See, this is how all manufacturers (and vendors for that matter) should handle these situations. Instead of fighting with their customers.
