The only part not 3d printed is the handlebars. I made them from an aluminium tube.

Quick update… the bike is almost finished. Ive changed so much from the original stl file i found on thingiverse.com. the engine was from 1 file, the bike from a 2nd and a few smaller parts like kickstand and brake calipers came from other files so everything needed resizing to fit together. Also added some cables and a few small bolts and screws just to add some detail. Still need to fit the calipers and then wire up the headlight which although not as bright as i hoped still looks effective. I modifed the oil tank to hold the battery and switch and i may even fit a back light at some point.
You’ll have to forgive the paint on the tank, i gave up trying to mask the lines so just put them on freehand and my hands aren’t that steady anymore lol.
Why did i do this… just to see if i could. Its done my head in at times but im pleased with the result… should have some fun taking pics in the future

Thank you so much. I do love my little girls. I visited a friend at the weekend and took Molly to meet his girl. Now he realises he needs to buy her a friend as shes lonely lol.
