Yes, but not in TPE. I do love (and would prefer) the silicone model but have held off because of items discussed in your suggestion thread, also because I am looking for a specific custom skin tone that is availible in TPE but not sure about availibility in silicone.

Basically, it’s about the height at which the child growth and development scale (often used by medical practitioners in the UK) stops being valid; the assumption is that anything taller could be an adult (but need not be, so a legal judgement might still be needed in some cases).
I don’t know if this makes sense or is scientifically flawed, but that’s what the UK Courts have chosen to go with, at least until and if somebody successfully mounts a legal challenge to it in the Appeal Court (or whichever court would deal with it).

Maybe mini doll needs to be sold in the UK as adult dwarves or even adults with primordial dwarfism just to challenge the contrapositive assumption that it must be a child if it is smaller
