How soft is sm silicone compared to say regular tpe?
Hot stuff! ![]()
I’d say as soft to the touch at the “skin’s” surface, very slightly firmer when squeezed, but not as elastic.
You can see my Siliko (SM brand) doll, Suok breast jiggle and fondling here…
Tori has weight reduction, so the foam core on such a petite frame of a body makes her not very “squishy”. Her boobs, bum and abdominal area are softer, but still not what I’d consider luxuriously soft.
She definitely still feels wonderful when it comes to the tactile sensation of the silicone itself, though. Also, I personally don’t mind the fact that her overall body doesn’t feel soft and squishy considering the fact that her body resembles an extremely fit gymnast type. If she were just an average body type, it probably would be a little off-putting unless you only ever wanted to just look at her.
Amazing job with all the photos, thanks for them. you are really good at posing, selecting outfits, etc. If I may ask, where do you order your sm-dolls from? Factory direct or from a distributor in Canada? Sexdollcanada seems to carry a few but not the ones that you have. And if you don’t mind, what options do you normally order and what’s your thoughts on if they are worth it? The ones I’m interested in your experience is: Breast: hollow, solid, gel (not sure if that is an option? soft butt? upgraded hands? skeleton options (if any).

Welcome to LDN!
I know you were asking BB, but I’ll share my thoughts on your questions…
-
I would suggest buying through a reputable vendor like Dollface. Why? Because if there are any issues with the product, a vendor has much more leverage in getting issues resolved than a random customer buying a single doll.
-
I am almost 100% sure that gel breasts are not availible on this model (Tori), generally breasts need to be larger (like B-C cup or larger) for the gel option to be offered. Between solid and hollow, I would choose hollow personally, but hollow may not even be a legitimate option with A cup (in other words, the manufacturer may not offer it, even if the vendor claims they do).
-
Soft/gel butt has a nice feel on the SM dolls but it will make the doll less stable in the seated position because the doll will want to “roll” on the gel if not perfectly balanced.
-
Upgraded hands are worth it imo. Articulated fingers are especially good for posing/photos but even hardened non articulated finger hands are worth it imo because of the decreased floppiness conpared to standard hands.
-
There are no skeleton options with SM, they are EVO by default, as most if not all major manufacturers are these days.

I agree with @DollCommander in every way. Except! I am happy to say that the SM136A, silicone doll is now available with the gel boob option. And they are amazing.
I have one. The only down side to small gel boobs is they are a little more delicate than the solid version. Don’t get rough and you will be fine.
I also agree with the recommendation to use a trusted vendor. If you have one great, otherwise I will second @DollCommander recommendation to go through @dollface. She can answer all you questions. Send her a message here on the forum, and ask away.
Tori does have gel breasts as well as her bum. She is weight reduced so she is quite firm all over except her abdomen and groin areas.
Her hands are ‘harder’ silicone with wire fingers. They are too small for articulated version. Her feet are also harder, boltless standing, but still soft and VERY cute! Im not a ‘foot guy’ but her feet make me understand how someone can be!
Overall, being the weight reduced version, she’s unfortunately not a doll that excels at ‘playtime’. Shes more of an art piece, than a ‘toy’.
