As some may know, I am having a head built by Coeros. They are sponsoring the production and I will show it off at the next doll meet and also describe the process of doing this and what it all takes.
I initially wanted a custom head - one that met certain criteria, and Coeros offers custom doll and head production. So after I approached them with my prototype face from photoshop/flux, I asked them if they could make me a head just like in the photos. I ran a few head ideas that I made in Flux, an image generator, and found something that I felt matched my aesthetic
Concept art!
These two are the final candidates, and I ended up painting in the make-up I desired - such as blush, eye-liner, eye-lashes, and 2-tone lip color.
It’s actually really important to me to have the head be as close to the renderings, and that’s where I approached Coeros about if they could do this.
They discussed this with their team, and eventually told me they can do this.
So I went and discussed business plans with them to see what they can do if we work as a team, cooperating together, and then have them develop the head, and me, promote them.
The head shown is a cosplay style head, and suits my style and tastes. She will have a natural skin tone, that will compliment other dolls I have in a similar 160+ cm size.
First and foremost, she will be matched to a new custom doll, I am having (159cm) made by RealLady (IT)
See images below .
she will be customized as well, with a very unique head shown below, but that custom head (shown below) is entirely separate from the one Coeros is making, but I wanted you to see what body she will be matched to.
The new body will require a head of a certain dimension, X/Y axis, and color matched as well, so that will require sending Coeros a head from IT so they can paint the new head exactly the correct color tone.
At this point, I have received v.2 of the prototype head, and I believe this new version (v.2) will be the final release candidate.
The next stage will be a 3D clay/ or similar reproduction, and then a negative mold made and pouring of the silicone.
I have a video made, but I am going to need Coeros’ approval to release it.
As the process continues, I will keep you up to date
