Dinner with the H2K Girls

Baked flank cut salmon with Montreal seasoning, dill, lemon, and butter with a side salad topped in buttermilk ranch and black pepper. Over the years, I’ve taken my dinner in who knows how many places. All over the USA including Alaska and Hawaii, London, Carlisle, Hexem, Ipswich, Brussels, Utrecht, Arnhem, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stavanger, Paris, Lille, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Fiji, Samoa, Guam, New Caledonia, Darwin, Sydney, Portland, Townsville, Perth, Hobart, Christchurch, Aukland, and McMurdo Station Antarctica among others. However, my favorite place to dine and take in the view is right here in my lil’ ol’ Galaxy Diner with the H2K Girls:

Wow, you came around quite a lot. Sounds like interesting places to see, if you got to see more than the harbour. And I can understand too well that you prefer the company of your lovely girls over any other place.

Thanks, Jo! Although I always did suffer from a bout of wanderlust it’s not really what I’d set out to do for work, but that’s how it turned out. There are places I’d like to revisit, but it’s nice to have a place to call home.

The food sounds and looks tasty, the girls look amazing! There couldn’t be a better place in the world.

How can you eat dinner with all the desserts around you? Forget the meat, it’s straight to the pudding. :grin:

Does your dial phone work? Makes me remember hating phone numbers with 8s, 9s, and 0s.

Thanks, Feck. I was always told that “you can’t haven’t any pudding if you don’t eat your meat”. :roll_eyes: And yes, the phone would work if plugged in, but I prefer for it to sit there nice and quiet.

There are places that I’d like to revisit someday, but for now I’m content to stay home.
