Are doll swap meets ever organized where doll enthusiasts and those who might be doll curious get together specifically to buy / sell / trade dolls and accessories?

I’ve always thought it’d be a great idea if some of us avid photographers could trade or exchange outfits so we could all do more of a variety without spending so much

This was (Thankfully) not the thread I thought it was going to be 
The UK/Euro meet usually has a “Freebies” table where attendees drop off any thing they think could have a second life with other dolls. Anything left at the end is dropped off in the charity bins.
