On Friday 5th June 2026, Gracie and Ivana went to Wales for a small meet. The event was not actually in Wales but very close, and our route took us over the Prince of Wales bridge that crosses the Severn Estuary between England and Wales. We were visiting Lady-J and family (the dolls of Bob, the founder of UK Love Doll Forums.) With 3 attendees and dolls from mylovedoll.uk.
I haven’t taken a doll out the house in years (not been to a doll meet in years … only ever been to one before). I’d thought in the past about renting a private cottage for a weekend away with a doll, and this was the first time doing so - must admit, it was very nice.
The event started on Friday 5th, and would finish on Sunday night. Back home on Monday 8th. Final day of holiday on Tuesday 9th (today).
Photos start on Saturday 6th with a few photos from the rented maisonette (a two bed house converted into two rentals.) Gracie is in the bed and shows us around the maisonette.

Gracie meets Miss Lupe (Loopy), Lady-J, Dolcima and Agnesa
Miss Lupe is a RealDoll, the first RealDoll I’ve met in real life, and I took a bit of a fancy to her (my photos do not do her justice, I was surprised how petite she was, and how lovely her shape, and not particularly heavy). Lady-J, Dolcima and Agnesa are Boy Toys.

Saturday Night and Sunday Morning: Back at the Maisonette
I don’t usually bother with underwear on dolls when they are in my house, but for going out the house, I do. Proof Gracie is wearing underwear (and Ivana was wearing undies too).
Gracie liked the bed very much, and in the morning she watched the movie Troy (there was a DVD player with a small collection of DVDs) from the bed:

Gracie met a Ruby Doll (these have adjustable eyes, where you can stick your finger in the side of the head and toggle them.)
I couldn’t make up my mind which photos worked best. Probably for the theme, without the over head light.

PS If you’re wondering why I took Gracie, it was an easy decision. 1) I love Gracie. 2) She’s relatively light, just over 30kg. 3) She has an excellent skeleton, not too tight, not too loose.
