Incredidoll

A little introduction. I got my first doll in 2005, a Realdoll body 5. I named her Ceilidh pronounced Kaylee, don’t ask, it’s a Celtic spelling :kissing:

After taking a few pictures I wanted a place to store them in a gallery, so I joined The Doll Forum to get a gallery. I didn’t plan on posting on TDF, but Alex Knight made me unlurk with “Yummy Ceilidh pictures“.

I also use to post monthly on Coverdoll where I got the idea to make my own website/blog http://incredidoll.com/

I also was part owner of TDF, but that didn’t work out well so I moved to Our Doll Community and was there until the server got hacked and all the info was lost :disappointed:

A few years ago most of the ODC management made another forum, Doll Bar and Grill, but it’s not public.

I don’t post much these days on forums anyways, but mostly on Instagram as the_incredicats, with Smaht Dolls. The big dolls are getting too heavy for my old back.

The best thing is that I can take them anywhere and it’s like a journal of the places that we’ve been.

I have done lots of shoots with big dolls outdoors and at meets, but that’s a lot of work, and again 85-100lb. dolls is too much now. You can see a lot of those shoots in my Incredidoll gallery Gallery
Okay, I know you’d rather see pictures of old dolls, sonny :older_man:

Here’s a couple of Ceilidh my oldest doll;

And my newest Sorcha (Sor-i-ca) aka Queen Cameltoe;

Not sure how to post pictures from my gallery but I think clicking on the question box works.

See you around

Thanks guys. I have lots of other dolls but mostly Realdolls.

My first anime type doll is Myffy, a Ruby13 Presley. I worked with Don, the founder, to make her the first standing Ruby, with a neck bolt.

A little Frozen cosplay

When TPE dolls started coming out i did buy a 100cm doll to evaluate them. Other than being small and too childlike for me, I thought they were a good deal.

So the next TPE doll was a WM 140cm. I bought 2 heads so named them Carleigh/Shellby. If you’re a car guy you’d know. She is a little taller than Myffy.

Although they look like they play well together, TPE and silicone don’t. The old, or certain types of TPE started to melt if they touched for too long. I had to strategically place the hands.

Thanks for looking

Thanks Tsall. We made the Doll Haula to go to Dollstock. Originally we made benches and panels to fit in a U Haul trailer that we rented for several years before buying my own trailer.

The benches worked okay but the seatbelts and neck bolts didn’t always hold the dolls upright. Sometimes, if the neck was loose, the wig would be on the floor and the head down.

Also when getting TPE dolls I needed a better way to transport them since there’s no neck bolt.

The haula worked much better with seating for 9 in race seats and harnesses. Also the seats rolled in and out and were locked in unistrut channels with cargo bars.

A little easier to roll a doll around, they have their own seats.

Great to see you here, Incred. Like others have mentioned you have been and continue to be a very important influence for a lot of us. Your knowledge about the dolls and the sheer creativity and bravery when it comes to posing and photographing is right there at the very top.

Thanks CUBiKO, I was really impressed with your pictures of the early TPE dolls. They were one of the main reasons I chose the heads that I did, and the WM body.

Thanks Loomis.
Obviously they weren’t all my dolls, but the uniforms were, right down to the pantyhose and socks. I even had name tags made for all the dolls :kissing: :upside_down_face:

And yes I did collect them. Mostly the tops to get the different cities, but a lot of the uniforms came as a set, all thanks to eBay.

All sizes too

Asuka Chan is my newest doll since Sorcha, and the China dolls have come a long way since my last TPE doll.
Asuka is an Elsa Babe 140cm silicone doll and is very stiff jointed, but her fingers pose nicely. I’m also impressed with her fit and finish. She’s not as light as my Ruby13 Presley but certainly more durable, obviously way lighter, and probably more durable than my Realdoll body F.
