I thought peeps would like to know how I made Asuka Chan stand in high heels
Yes she has the standing option, but in heels she would slide down and smoosh the toes.
The simple solution is to make foot plates to protect the toes. In the past I had just drilled holes in sheet metal and screwed them on with the stock screws. But that’s a pain to get on and off. This newer version uses a keyhole to slip the plate on and off the foot.
It is important to make the keyhole in that direction so her weight will keep them from sliding off. I also ultra low stockings to keep them from sliding off when taking the shoe off.
I did make these out of stainless steel, but you could use any metal. I used aluminum to make a prototype from a cardboard tracing. Also I made the plates just big enough for her feet so she can fit in her size shoe As you can see, even a size 5 is too big for her. To fix this I may make plates with more toe space to get her heels back. I don’t know if I can get her heels smaller than a size 5.
Cred W W, great photos, she ìs pretty, Ì love the woodwork and the trick with the feet and shoes, Ì will use that trick when Ì get a TPE lady, Ì have six of them on my list
Hello Cred. Love the gallery. I noticed that you help Don build dolls, and so I am wondering if you, or someone you may know would be interested the original molds of the Ruby13 dolls?
Hi Rome, I would be interested in the molds, but no place or time to do anything with them. Brash also offered them to me or to go in partnership with him, but again, no time…
