I’m a huge fan of having these features as default options. The articulated hard hands and feet in particular! I mean, who even wants wire fingers in 2025?!?

Seriously! I ordered a doll from SM late last year and specifically said articulated fingers in a pm to them. Got my doll and she was perfect except - WIRE fingers! Ended up giving her away and thankfully got Jenny’s current body. Wouldn’t order from SM again.
I had an unfortunate experience like that myself!
Plus with all these extra paid options most brands do there will always be a risk (and added anxiety) that the manufacturer will miss an option you requested.
These all inclusive options are much easier for staff in factories to handle as well, I’m sure.
