So in my many days of research for a new Doll I’ve put together a list of what I feel are the best ROS heads (typically meant for kissing and oral sex with movable jaw softer silicone real oral structure and more expressions). Take it for what it’s worth as this information was gathered from several vendor websites, forum posts and very little of personal experience since my first doll is yet to arrive. The amount of time it took to find THE ONE took weeks if not months of research so hopefully what I learned can help someone.
By “best” I think they look more like real girls/women than others being offered, have natural eye spacing and proportion, don’t have an exaggerated expression (sometimes it looks great but maybe not all the time -(Topfire Ada T-05 for example). And look sexy enough to fuck if the lights were low or you had a few drinks in you. Different makeup can make an average sculpt look like a super model and many photographers just use regular makeup before photographing. Lighting is also significant to what you see and what you’ll actually get and factory photos are taken quickly without much care and lit very flat. Some like the RealLady and Irontech come painted with the heavy makeup (that I personally like.): RL Celeste R4, IT B1/B2…
You’ll find most of these heads below are “mature” or women in their 20’s as I’m not a fan of anime, elfs, younger-than-a-teenager faces or the cutsey asian baby faces.
There are quite a few to choose from out there! so hopefully my taste helps someone narrow down their search …if this is what your looking for I suppose you’ll know right away. We’re still a long way away from them looking un-uncanny valley real and especially when you’re looking at these softer ROS heads vs the hard silicone ones. You could always get two heads (if offered)- One for photography. One for playtime. Unfortunately the paint usually doesn’t hold up for as long on the softer silicone. Usually eyebrows and head hair can’t be implanted but some manufacturers are now blending the materials where you can have a movable jaw softer silicone and still get implanted lower eyelashes and eyebrows and head.
Human hair looks better than synthetic but less color options and it will eventually all get pulled out if you have your doll long enough. You can use conditioners in synthetic for a wet hair look and it will soften the wig as well.
Now that the auto blow job function is available with brands like XT, Irontech, RealLady, Orange_In, TopFire, SY and others…you’d want an ROS head for full functionality.
Using the search engine of FineLoveDolls and then corroborated by finding factory photos or pics from several other vendor sites or from manufacturers web sites. Many were not listed there and was a result of other searches.
https://sxdolled.com is a great site for choosing a doll- their filters are easy to use and I found it loaded faster than Rosemarydoll, YourDoll or especially MyRobotDoll. I would of course choose a vetted vendor and TDF may not be the end-all be-all of this list. Do your own research. TDF for whatever reason may not necessarily allow some brands a voice (Normondoll, Piper and others).
There may be more ROS heads I am not aware of but this was my exhaustive list compiled as of 4/25. They may not be in order of preference either -you be the judge- beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
The names change based on the manufacturer’s description, the body it’s matched with or just the vendors imagination.
You’ll probably want to check with your vendor or the manufacturer to see if the head you choose is similar in size to the body you want. The skin tone may not match between different brands (very unlikely) but some brands are related and your chances might be better. (Yearn, Orange-In, TopFire…Irontech, RealLady…WM, Angelkiss…ect). Luckily most of the heads have great body options from the same manufacturer. It’s the other options you’ll want in determining what head in the end as only a handful offer the autobot sex functions like breathing, body motions, suction ect.

Unfortunately I’ve seen some factory pics where even within a brand the heads and body coloring are not perfectly matched…but clothing or a choker can hide if you find yourself in that position.
I’d like to post photos along with this list and maybe I’ll do that someday when I’m looking for my next doll. I’d just keep several tabs open at your prefered vendors and cut and paste what I’m suggesting into a search within the brand you’ve chosen. Maybe you’ve already chosen your brand that would have helped me but I hadn’t learned enough about them nor trusted everyone’s differing opinions. It eventually came down to positive reviews and just settling for the one I was most drawn too.
I usually find I’m attracted most to a woman’s face hence this compilation …or her ass but as far as I know there isn’t a search function for that yet! Better to just find a size and weight you would enjoy handling/moving often and go from there. Be advised that some vendors search functions get confused by the filters and remove some you would have considered within your chosen search.
