Mis-understand for Normon doll, right?

This is Lisa/Emma , I was worked for another one sex doll company, but I get very bad expereince in that company. I worked for Normon doll almost one year, but due to some reason, that company union some others sex dolls agents to refuse me, and not upload Normon doll, due to I am as a sales and desiger all of Normon doll . I just get one of our customer emial, I am appreciate it, he can come out and voice out for Normon doll. Below is his mail, I never thought due to that short terribale work experience, it let Normon doll have had so much pain is the past one year. I need all of your support, and tell me how can I do it? If I need quit it from Normon doll or not? Please kinldy help me, as I don’t want let my talent disapprance in this field.

It seems as if your name is a red flag for other companies. So much so that they put pressure on forums and other sellers not to include Normon in their program. The only chance I see for you is to work as an artistic designer on a freelance basis under a stage name. That way you would be incognito, so to speak, and you could design bodies and heads for any company without your name appearing and anyone taking offense.

I would also like to point out that we doll friends are private individuals who have neither the time nor the means to work for you as intensively as you deserve and need.
You cannot rely on a few private individuals to make your company better known on the market. Or to convince other retailers to include Normon in their range.

These are all just lame excuses.

I have Suki here now.
I can see how high quality she is. I see an inexpensive and excellent love doll.
She is light, she doesn’t smell, her skeleton is perfectly adjusted. Her hands and feet are pretty and her face is absolutely gorgeous.

In my personal opinion, Normon Doll is a manufacturer of high-quality love dolls that can hold their own on the market.

It’s definitely a fishy situation.

Ashley, the Normon 170 who made her way in here a few weeks ago, is the best-made doll I’ve had and that includes a couple of Zelex 170’s.

It isn’t a question of quality holding Normon back. It seems more like politics.

And yes, I would suggest the way to go about this is to find a partner in the West, or specifically in the US, and brand the dolls that way. For whatever reason they’ve decided to blackball Normon, though the product does stand on its own.

I don’t know what situation you speak of (drama elsewhere?). But I can say that, the brand name is odd and non appealing to me and likely many others. Before potential customers even see the product, they will see the name. Would a restaurant named “garbage food” inspire you to eat there? When I first saw Normon doll mentioned/listed, I thought “that’s a very weird name for a doll company” and had no interest to look at the product.

I think you are very invested, you are a very talented person, we discussed a lot, it is an important choice to make, but with all the work already accomplished it would be a real shame, the dolls are really very beautiful, the face designs are stunning.

Some bigger west agents are the same. But I will try my best to talk with them. I I have had all of sex dolls agents private contact information, but it is really hard at this moment, they are also effect by them. At this moment, one big agents willing upload Normon doll, due to me, even Normon doll work out very good sex dolls, but they don’t care it.

I think you start talking business internals and other things that most probably should not be disclosed.

What happens on other forums is the other forums concern. And something similar also happened to other brands. Not nice but it happens.

I agree with @DollCommander that a name change would be helpful. Certainly for the Western customers. When I think of Normon, the first person who comes to mind is Normon Wisdom - an English comedian - second thought is Normon Bates from the Psycho series.

I think if you are being forced out of the Asian market, life will be very difficult. My understanding (no idea how accurate) is that the Western market is smaller than the Eastern market, so if you are locked out of Asia, makes life very difficult for a sex doll company.

Personally, I think the best path to success in the West would be to reach out to Western vendors and see if you can get them to sell your products, or even list them is a great start. I don’t think I’ve seen Normon Doll on any vendor site.

What about get some Xiu on the 165A(C) in-stock at Lucidtoys in the UK. I reckon they’d sell well. Good luck :beers:

I’m so sorry this is happening to you. I can say this much. My Normon 170 cm is the best of the 3 silicone dolls I’ve owned. I think you’ve got something great going. As others have said a name change might help. Don’t give up!

I don’t understand it either - I do understand some aspects but it’s unfair to just ignore Normondoll…

I myself also have a Normondoll with 2 heads and I think they are the 2 most beautiful heads I have ever gotten. And yeah the body is very nice as well!!! Normondoll is here to stay!!! And we must get Normondoll more popular!!!

  • double posting the same stuff in different threads increases your visibility and heavily annoys the users, so you are not doing yourself a favour double posting.

  • do you have the consent of the owners to post their photos and testimonials on different forums?
