I’d say, that I am basically a very patient guy - except in terms of purchasing a doll. Just few moments after hitting the “Purchase” button, I literally jump to the window on every single noise - just in case it could be the carrier, bringing my doll to my door…
They say - the older you get, the faster time runs… and then there was Einstein - saying: time is relative. Thanks for nothing, Albert… thanks for nothing…
But all is well that ends well - and so it was today, when that hesitatingly expected package finally arrived. So it was unboxing day for me.
Coming in from the cold weather outside, I took her to the shower to warm her up (and get her clean as a lady wants to be clean). First time washing implanted hair… what else to say: in the end we left the shower nearly an hour later. Just wanted to be very very cautious. Powder session came next - and then getting her dressed up in some cozy clothes. Well - she’s been on the road for quite a while. So this evening is pizza, red wine and couch - and introducing her to my two other ladies.
One thing to note though: when she was standing under the shower, it was such an amazing realistic appearance. She is by far closest to perfection. And when I finished the powder session, I was simply astonished how silk-like her beautiful skin felt.
Only thing I responded to my vendor as a hint was: in my opinion it is no optimal solution to fixate the face cover with tape on the hair cap. The hair cap is a net basically… so the adhesive cover of the tape lets some of the hair glue to it. A rubber band or something similar would be a better solution.
And as a final word: welcome home, my beautiful Yasmin.
