I received the new NormonDoll 170 to photograph and review for them.
She was shipped by sea, so shipping time was a little longer than usual but from initially from talking to NormonDoll to delivery was about 6 weeks. Not too bad considering being shipped by sea.
So let’s get into it.
The box was in good condition without being opened from customs. The doll was well packed considering she was shipped with 4 heads.
With her out of the box she was in great condition. The one standout thing was her size. Unlike most dolls with in realistic dimensions, she is a big girl. Big bum, great thighs and a decent 70cm waist. She has a great figure and looks so natural.
The Body Detail.
Unlike other silicone bodies, she has a matt finish with little shine. The detail in her skin is amazing with visible light veins and very prominent skin pores. Close up shots show the amount of detail and could easily be mistaken for a real girl.
She also has quite soft skin and hard hands and boltless feet for protection.
She also came with gel breasts and gel bum. It’s a nice soft feel to both of them. Her genitals look great and are placed very well and super detailed. The usual comments about the position of her genitals will always be made but they just seem to comment on every new doll which is a shame considering the brilliance of this doll.
Movability.
Her skeleton feels really solid. Her joints are tight but very fluid. She is perfect for photos as she can hold a pose really well. I’ve done a couple of test shoots with her so far and have been very impressed.
Heads.
She was shipped with 4 heads. I’ve added the pictures below. The only thing that caused a concern was 2 heads have the standard M16 threads whereas 2 heads have an M8 smaller thread. Unfortunately they didn’t put the bolts in for these so I haven’t been able to get shots of these heads. I’ve contacted NormonDoll and they are sending them to me so I’ll have to wait till they arrive. I’ve also purchased some off eBay so either way I’ll have to wait.
The 4 heads are a harder silicone and the detail on them with the makeup is fantastic. 3 out of the 4 have movable dark eyes while the last one has fixed eyes and are very bright to say the least. Gorgeous face but the eyes just don’t really suit. This has been noted by the manufacturer to not add these to that particular head.
Overall thoughts.
Overall I’m very impressed. The quality of dolls for such a new manufacturer is really high. I’ll be really interested to see the progression of their future dolls
