Looks like TAYU is looking for feedback on their potential new body over at the other place. Thought I’d drop the picture in here so people can see what they’re thinking.
I gave my thoughts. Mainly, that I think the legs are a tad too long for the torso, waist and torso are a bit slim, weight less than 29 kg, height 160 to 165. All those may be impossible together, but Emma asked! Ha!
I like it but it still looks like a short out of shape woman.
I can picture a taller body with a longer torso - They can keep the weight down so why not corner the market with taller dolls. 173cm or more. I like this sculpt has more meat- most of Tayu’s are rail thin and fragile looking. Some of us with Viking blood can appreciate a larger (yet still lightweight) doll. It’s rare to see the athletic / weight trained/ strong / muscular dolls. There’s a line- not too much muscle but at least it could justify not using gel or super soft silicone and saving weight (the inner foam weighs less than the softer gel and silicone). If this would result in lower prices and unique dolls Tayu would really set itself apart even more than it has already with quality.
It’s been a year since this was posted- I’m wondering where are they now with this? It really is a nice sculpt I guess what I was trying to say is it would be better if she had a slightly flatter stomach and more muscle definition in the legs and overall and it would justify some lack of softness in certain areas.
I’m wondering if chunky Chunyue here is that body?
A big part of why Tayus are as light as they are is due to being smaller overall compared to many other dolls of the same height. “Rail thin” is a good way of putting it, front to back (chest to back, depth) is very small (thin). The arms and legs are very thin; inner thighs are missing much material, which is why the thighs do not touch (horse rider/bow legged gap) with the feet together or even legs crossed while standing. Really look closely at them and the heads appear big in comparison to their abnormally petite bodies. Not beating up on Tayu, their LHP and love hole designs are some of if not the best in the industry; but they are comprimising to achieve the relatively low weight and I would expect the same or more on a taller model.
Noted. All points I considered as well and I appreciate you validating my observations whether or not I was making them clear. … and like anything I suppose there is usually some compromises to achieve a perceived ideal. You can’t have a lightweight doll for convenience if you want the weight of a body next to you.I appreciate the response. It’s also why I came back to this post as it’s something I was wondering about. This new design has more meat! My doll would be primarily for sex so… let’s have a drink and here’s a toast!
-to going swimming with bow legged women …and blowing bubbles between their legs!
