Good day. Looking for advice for my first companion. I am older (65) and have it narrowed down to Lusandy Naomi 167 and Starpery Yufan 151. Many of you have far more experience than I, so I am looking for your advice between those two or other suggestions. I am looking for realism, small breasts, and under 70 pounds. I don’t own a Starpery and have never owned one. But I do have a Lusandy 167 Maya. You can finder her in my Poem of Light and Shadow thread if you’re dying to look at her. I don’t really do nude pictures of her though. I don’t see how you can go wrong with the Lusandy. She’s smaller breasted, taller, under 70 pounds and her measurements are such that most clothes will fit pretty well without having to alter them. I even found a couple of pairs of jeans that look nice!
To echo DollDoll, you’re gonna wanna get hard hands and hard feet. Finger pokes (where the wire or ‘bones’ of the fingers poke through the silicone) are gonna happen. They’ll just be waaay more seldom if you have hard hands. Hard feet will make it so you can stand her up without damaging her feet. Super helpful when dressing your doll and for doing standing doggy.
Be patient when learning how to move your new lady around. The weight is deceptive and she’s not balanced for lifting.
Don’t go crazy buying wigs and clothes before your lady arrives. A few simple outfits will do until she’s there and you’re able to look at her and feel her presence in the room. The style you thought you wanted for her may not end up being the style you end up doing.
For example, initially, my Lusandy 167 was gonna be a slutty, club, blue-eyed, blonde, tanned chick. But once I got her, checked her out, she very quickly became the sedate, country, Hispanic girl with dark eyes, dark hair and understated style.

How well do the Lusandy companions hold up to “cuddling”? I am reading reports of tearing of certain lines from other manufacturers. Thank you.

If you’re talking about the gel filled butt tears, or love hole tears… no problems whatsoever. I probably know owners with every Lusandy model and haven’t heard of any problems.

I got a butt tear where the buttock meets the thigh. Cause is indeterminable as I noticed it after the Doll Meet where I sat her on a rough stone wall where I could have damaged her without realizing it.
It was only an inch long, maybe 1/4 inch deep, so super easy to fix. No new damage
EDIT: Finger pokes though. Oh gosh. Sooo many finger pokes. For some reason, two of her fingers didn’t have the anti-poke caps and the finger skeletons end in fairly sharp edges so those two fingers just cut through the silicone.
I’ve since figured it out, capped them with thick silicone glue and fixed the fingers. All is well.

BUT!
Let’s put this into perspective. This doll has been a whole lot more robust than some of my previous dolls. My current dolls as test subjects have far more delicate body paint for example.
No dolls, so far, has been as nice as my TAYUs (though I’ve read issues about them as well) which is as it should be as they cost 50% more.
All-in-all, super duper happy with the Lusandy. Can’t go wrong with one.

My tan 167 Maya remains in my top three (my IT161m and my Tayu 150c taking up the other two slots). So much so, that I continually vacillate between purchasing another doll and just staying with the three that I have.
Lusandy makes excellent dolls that will keep ya happy.

Amazing images and sound advice. If I may, I have seen the Lusandy 167B’s weight listed as anywhere from 61 to 85 pounds. With the weight reduction option, appx where are we looking for weight?
Doc offered sound advice regarding Tayu, and I went with the new 153E as my first companion. The 167 with Naomi head still has my attention as a potential second companion, unless either company comes up with new designs while I am looking.

My kitchen scale says her head is 6 pounds 10 ounces.
So her body is around 62#. She’s got gel boobs and butt.

Not done cleanly scientifically. So it’s a ballpark figure. Mmhmm.
Plus I really need to retie her shoelaces.

Thank you. I will see how the 153 does weight wise before I make the commitment to a Lusandy. Nicely, there are other Tayu options as well that are about 15 pounds lighter.
