Piper 155 Ichika arrived when I was on my vacation with Mariko and she had to wait patiently in her box. Thankfully my neighbours moved the box to my apartment and she was safe and sound.
I was curious to unbox her and the box felt a little heavier than expected. When I opened it I saw she was well and securely packed. Foam padding, bubble wrap and of course the wonderfully soft piper blanket with the hood.
My bed is 160cm wide and the box is just slightly longer. And everything is good, I can see boobs and they feel wonderfully soft. Mariko arrived last year in December and Ichika this year in June so half a year between them and Ichiko feels even softer than Mariko.
From transport she got a flu shot in her left shoulder. Almost like the old pock jab in the 70s. Else she is flawless. Hopefully this will get better over time but it does not bother me much.
After I removed the wrapping her cute smile and her well protected brown eyes were visible. To take this photo, I had moved the box to an upright position beside my bed.
Something new with Piper girls - implanted eyelashes. Not only the upper ones, but also lower eyelashes. Also something I did not know from Mariko. The eyebrows are still painted.
The silicone in the hands, feet and the head are firmer than the other parts of the body but still on the soft side. Ichiko has no oral, so you could only kiss her on the lips, no French kissing.
Beautiful hands with a good skeleton. No glued on fingernails just silicone. With Mariko I had issues because the fingers were so thin, but she seems a little sturdier. Time will tell.
Along the body you can feel the foam core and she is firm where she should be and beautifully soft where you expect it. She feels great. As I expected the skeleton is firm but well moveable. Something I don’t know from other dolls is that her ankles and wrists can not only rotate but also move sideways. This gives you much more possibilities to pose her.
The long brown wig is the one I ordered, the pink one is the piper wig from Phoebe I got 2020. The short right one is one I also like. I tried on a few others and I have yet to find her style.
