Stay-up stockings

I am thinking of buying stay-up stockings for my silicone doll. They have a silicone strip on the top end to help it stay on for humans. Would that strip be a problem? I have it in the back of my mind that silicon lubricants are forbidden for silicone dolls.

ICS, welcome to the community. Í would test ìt first 10min, 20min, 40min, just keep an eye on ít, because all silicones are not the same, and your lady might have a chemical reaction, signs to start looking for, are discolorations and softness or hardness and oil. Í wish you great luck

Thank you. At this point I’m not sure that I will go ahead with my original idea. I will see if I can find stay-up stockings without the silicone strip. I don’t fancy getting stains or discoloration on my doll. I could always get a garter belt for the stockings. It seems safer. I’ll see.

I’ve never had problems with stockings before on my girls. They are silicone and just regular stockings and hose work just fine. I never had to buy the kind with the little ring of silicone at the top to help them stay up. Just make sure you wash them several times before putting them on your doll.

I tried it a few times on vairous silicone dolls and had no issues, however I prefer stockings without the silicone stripe. Usually not stayups but garter belt stockings. They stay up quite well on our silicone ladies, as they don’t move a lot.

I gave up on the idea of the stay-ups, I already found a suitable garter belt with stockings.

^ this. You don’t need the silicone strip or a garter belt (unless you just want the garter belt look), regular stockings (without silicone strip) will stay up fine on a doll.

One thing I always do with my gals is put sheer seemless nude pantyhose on them first. If I want to put black pantyhose, or stay up stockings with the sticky strip at the top, I put them over the nude pantyhose. For the most part, the nude panty hose is my first protection against any clothing I decide to put on my gals…….blue jeans, bright colored stockings, dark colored mini skirts, etc. So far, no issues or stains. This is on my silicone, TPE and STPE gals for reference.

This has worked for me for better part of a year now.

Although, I AM a fan of garters and seamed stockings! :heart_eyes:
