Thank you @DollDoll for the nice comment! It is sometimes the unexpected event that has the greatest impact on me. I did the video the night Angie arrived. This is where I learned to animate my gals, stop motion with Essence, use a green screen to animate Angie on the bus. Things I had NO clue about how to do before she came! In fact, of all the video slide shows I have done, this was hands down the quickest one I have done. When I first posted it, I described it as a story that just needed to be told, mainly because of the impact she had on me. And it drove home that every time a member gets a new doll companion, it should be celebrated and share our joy with the community.
One of the things I noticed right away is that Freya had a striking resemblence to Betty Page, she who when I was a youngin’ OH so many years ago that cemented my preference for nice, shapely, nylon clad legs on a lady. So much so that I did a tribute to Betty with Freya playing the part!
This was one month after Essence arrived, and I finally took Freya, my hardly considered free second head off the shelf and got slammed by how beautiful she was!
Thanks for the nice comment! I use KlingAI for the animations. It is a subscription service but I get a great result with image to video animation, and the AI assistant to clean up my prompts is very good. Also, the animation does not change my gals at all! They look exactly as they are when animated and that is important to me.
Thanks for the nice comment @quillurion ! Most of the video slideshows I do are normally just for fun. This was was different. The circumstances surrounding her coming home to us were pretty rough due to the prior owner’s domestic situation. I was in no way even looking for another doll companion, nor a Zelex at all! But, I decided to help him out of his quandary and brought her home. When she arrived, the story just jumped into my head, and I felt it just needed to be shared with the community. It was finished the night Angie arrived without the normal hiccups I usually experience doing some of them. I truly believe that the arrival of our doll companions should be celebrated……..whether it’s the first, 4th, whatever………..because, to me, they have brought such positivity to MY life. I personally prefer DOLL COMPANION rather than the SEX DOLL title. I am in NO WAY disparaging the carnal role they may play, and I fully respect anyone’s right to engage with their doll anyway they may choose. This is ONLY my opinion.
Anyway, this video was hands down the quickest and easiest one I have ever made, so in my gut, it was just a story that needed to be shared.
Today I had to hit the domestic chores road and get groceries, do laundry (mostly the girls’ clothes) and put everything away that we took to the meet. Funny thing…….as I was buying groceries, I said to myself “man……….I’m already missin’ @badocaster ‘s cooking! I am still awed by what he prepared and how damn good it all was!
Oh well…….back to reality!
And I am jumping the gun a bit and will clean all my gals, and their wigs, this week, just to get ahead of the coming holidays and all. It’s early in their cycle, but it’s probably best.
Thanks for the nice comment @gunboat ! Yes, I am ALL IN for sure! The world of doll companionship is just a great place, and so much fun! I’ll be posting more vids and photos of my gals from the past year, just to really acquaint everyone with them. Right now I’m in a kinda reset from the outstanding week I just experienced at the Doll Meet.

Morning everyone! One of the members of this group is Tami, and she is a little shy. She likes to keep to herself, but every once in a while, she will pop up for a photo set. She and Freya decided to have a little contest not too long ago, with who could present the best poses. Mimi was visiting, and was elected to be the judge. BUT…………sometimes things don’t go the way we planned!
A little style and pose possibilities were explored with Tami early on. She is a fully loose skeleton WM 156 H, STPE. Though her prime role was to be my cuddler queen and rack mate, I just had to see if it was possible to pose her for photos……….so I made a doll stand just to see if it could be done. This was the result.
This was one of the very first video slide shows I made, so sorry for the quality. I hadn’t figured out the right way to compress a file, but it was fun, and I have since learned a lot about how to do it!
Thanks for the nice comment @DollDoll ! They’re fun to do, and I sure do enjoy takin’ the videos with my gals……..they are, in my opinion, VERY easy on the eyes! And I have learned tons about how to do them…….ANOTHER little tid bit of knowledge I had NO IDEA I would pursue on year ago!
I got so much fun out of doing them, that I did a photo shoot of a photo shoot, just for the fun of it. I set it in the 40’s time period………JUST BECAUSE!
This was the first video slide show I did of Essence and Freya (Freya being the second head option). It was about a month after they arrived, and being OH SO NEW and gobsmacked by it all, it was totally new to me! At the time, I was just taking photos nonstop and had put Freya’s head on for the first time. And I was just starting to figure out how to pose them. Essence had her supplied wig which I replaced at this time, and Freya……she USED to have implanted hair….(that’s a story for another time! ) but this video slide show was the first, and I haven’t looked in the rear-view mirror since!
Yeah,………when I got bit by the bug in our world, I was and have been steamrollered! Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that it would be so much fun! And for me, that is the single thing that floats my boat! The pure enjoyment I have been having with these gals around!
